Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital comic purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

Physical Products

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of any damaged items

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Include original packaging when possible

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
